This month with the full moon in Cancer you may find that you want to focus some caring attention on yourself, your home and loved ones.
The symbolism of the crab is a good reminder to let go of anything extra you are carrying and not be attached to your identity and ways of being. As crabs grow they squeeze out of their old shells and move into larger shells with some room to grow. They just pass through from one shell to the next.
We are all growing in our embodiment of light. Our bodies are upgrading, our lives are transforming and we sometimes need more space around us. Have you noticed how much you have shifted since last year even?
Even with less clutter in your life, you may still need that extra room to just be. Don’t rush to fill the gaps with distractions and things you are not fully aligned with now. You can use this space to find your comfort with showing up even bigger in your life now. The world really needs us each to step fully into ourselves and be present in our own ways in our communities.
Reiki will support you in remembering that the intense emotions and challenges in life are just passing through your experience. You are not what is troubling you. For example, if you are angry, you are not anger. Anger is passing through you. These emotions and issues are just moving right on through.
Any pains that have come your way are a gift to bring out more of who you truly are, your pure light. Don’t hold onto the pain, when you are ready, let it go. As you let go, you step more fully into your unlimited nature and truly accept the gift of that life changing experience.
I’m sending this reiki as a gift to support you with whatever is passing through your life right now.
