I am a woman living in Boulder, Colorado.
For over 20 years, I have been inspiring joy, health, wellness and abundance in my role as an Usui and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher and Reflexologist.
My father taught me reflexology when I was a child. I knew I had a role as light worker when I was very young, long before I learned reiki. I would awake in the morning knowing that my light just needed to be here.
I trust the body knows how to heal itself given the proper support. Deep relaxation aids the healing process and boosts your body’s innate healing ability. I radiate the energy of pure love that empowers your own personal healing system.
Reiki greatly enhanced my already strong inner knowing. You may notice your intuition growing from healing sessions and Reiki training too. The Distant Reiki reports are full of insight and reiki inspired words just for you.
When teaching reiki, my goal is to support you in being comfortable and confident using reiki on yourself and others. I love creating the space for those who work with me to open to a deeper level of intuition and trust in their inner guidance. As more people use reiki on the planet we raise the vibration of the planet.
