Changing seasons
This is the first full moon of summer in the northern hemisphere. As we transition into summer, take notice of the things blossoming and growing in your life.
A friendly customer checking out ahead of me at the grocery store recently asked me what my favorite season was. After quickly feeling my love for each season (remembering that crisp and colorful fall used to be my favorite – noticing my current high regard for spring’s renewal and blossoms – summer’s growth and late twilight, and winter’s pure white snow and cross country skiing) I ended up replying that I love them all for their own reasons and that I really love that they change.
No matter how much we wish summer (or insert your favorite season) would last forever, nature always keeps cycles moving along. This is good to keep in mind if you are experiencing your least favorite season too. The more challenging times of year will soon make way for the next season.
The nature of life is change. Reiki can help you stay aligned and in harmony no matter what is ebbing or flowing in your life.
Remember to enjoy what uplifts you most in your current phase. And for the tougher moments, know that these will soon pass. Reiki can help you stay aligned and fully absorbing pure love during the ups and downs, expansions and contractions.
