Pruning The unwanted

Things are moving fast now. It is always good to stay on top of things. Lighten your load and prune back the unhealthy branches in your life. I was reminded of this when I discovered there was a fungus growing on my beautiful juniper tree. I cut out the branches with the apple cedar rust growing on it. There was quite a lot and I wish I had noticed earlier. Hopefully the juniper will bounce back.

Here’s a reminder to take note of the things in your life that are feeding on your energy. It could be clutter in your house, someone in your life, or old thought patterns. Whatever it is, take a pause and decide what needs to change. If it is out of alignment or doesn’t resonate, let it go. Or find a way to shift things to restore the harmony.

Sometimes a discordant energy isn’t noticeable right away. The sooner you notice something is off, the easier it is to make a shift. Had I noticed the parasite on my tree earlier, I wouldn’t have had to remove so many branches.

Make it a priority to take space for yourself and bask in your divine light regularly. The universe will guide your attention where it serves. And your best course of action will naturally arise from your stillness.

Reiki will help shine light on areas that need pruning in your life. And give you the strength and energy to take the necessary steps.
