Handling Intense Feelings
If you are feeling overly emotional Reiki will help those more intense feelings pass through you. They really are just energy moving through you. You are a multidimensional being of light and you can handle those big feelings and discomforts. Breathe and let the Reiki flow through you as you tap into that inner peace that is always there beneath the surface of the choppy waters.
It’s always good to connect with loved ones when you are having a rough time. And it’s also important to pause and bask in the stillness and brightness of your own unlimited light. That love that flows through you from your higher self is so pure. It reminds me of the divine mother holding her newborn baby (you). That pure love helps mold your life in ways your mind can hardly imagine.
