This month with the full moon in Gemini you may find things speeding up or wanting things to move more quickly. Whereas, last full month you may have felt the need to slow down.
No matter how fast things are moving in life, the more you take time to just relax (even for a few minutes) you will increase your concentration of light, so you can move more effectively through your life. Relaxing also sets you up for moving through the speedy times with harmony.

Notice how when you are fully honest with yourself and others you stay in alignment and more grounded in your own pure self. This creates healthy boundaries and stops energetic gaps from forming in your energy field. Less vulnerabilities in your energy field, means greater health, deeper connection with yourself and others, and feelings of safety and clarity.
