Full Moon in Scorpio
The energy of the scorpio moon may have you diving into your emotional depths. This is a good time for relying on your intuition to decide what actions to take. Rather than making a pro vs con list, just go with what feels best.
The full moon along with the recent eclipse really ask us to let go of dead energy in order to make room for the new in life. Reiki can help you confront your fears and help you adjust to any abrupt or unexpected changes.
keeping your vibration high
I was asked recently how I keep my vibration high. Have you ever considered what keeps your vibration high?
For me Reiki is number one on my list. I have always felt that Reiki plays a big role in raising the vibration here on Earth. But there are definitely other things that go along with that too. I feel it is different for everyone.
The frequency is rising on the Earth and in each of us. The lower bandwidths are falling away. That is happening in and around us all the time.
An important part in keeping your vibration up is staying in integrity with your own purity. When you stay in alignment with your own higher self, unique soul level intentions or personal instructions your frequency stays up.
When you go against yourself by doing something that you know brings you down you are falling out of integrity with you. This can lower your vibration.
Some things other things I like to do to keep my vibration high are: be in nature, especially the trees and mountains, be with myself in silence without distractions and absorb pure love, Oracle Girl calls this reawaken. Being completely present with my grandchildren is another thing that fills me up. Listening to running water absolutely brings joy to my heart.
What sort of things keep your energetic cup full and bring you joy? Remember to keep doing the things that bring you joy and commune with the beauty in and around you.
Notice if there are any areas where you are still doing something that weighs you down or you don’t feel is right for you any longer. Keep your boundaries up for things that don’t resonate. As the energies keep rising you may notice some things just fall away without much effort on your part.
Like always, Reiki will work for you in the way that best serves you.
