Full Moon In Libra
The energy of the full moon in Libra brings the focus on relationships. The energies support making choices, resolving conflicts, and clearing underlying tensions. Your bonds deepen with mutual understanding, clarification and creative expression.
Harmony and Balance in Relationships
Reiki will support harmony and balance in relationships. Boundaries may need negotiated. Deeper realizations on how of how you share power in your connections may come to the surface. Reiki can help balance the interplay between autonomy and union, freedom and commitment which happen in relationships.
A healthy relationship isn’t the absence of tension but the balance of not letting one side dominate the other. You may need to stand up for yourself more, be more assertive or expressive. On the other hand, you may need to increase your listening, openness, acceptance or be more yielding.
Harmony doesn’t mean we need to extinguish altering viewpoints. We can hold others’ perspectives in a space of love. Notice if you have space in your body to accommodate other perspectives. If you feel safe in your own embodiment you can hold space for other ways of seeing things. You can open yourself up for deeper collaboration with others and the world.
When someone shares something with you, do you catch yourself wanting to explain how it really is, saying things like, “Well actually, it’s like this…” I know I catch myself doing this. Here is a good time to take a breath, ground in your body, and sit with yourself in stillness. Remember that harmony comes from each person singing their own note, not everyone singing the same note.
Expanding the space of love
Make the conscious choice to engage with love and find the commonalities. We each have had our own unique experience, learning and growth. We all look at the world and see if differently based on where we are. And each unique perspective adds light in our beautiful world.
Relationship with yourself is the most important thing. All of your external relationships will calibrate to the quality of relationship you have with your inner self. Always notice what resonates with you. Spend time each day nurturing your connection with yourself. Enjoy moments of stillness, alone in silence. Your own light will grow stronger in you, expanding the space of love around you. It will become easier to notice your own inner guidance while staying open to the perspective of others.
