Reiki will support you in staying in tune with yourself to temper any impulsivity. Your strength and courage for facing challenges head on grows stronger now.
You Are Already Free
The full moon in Aries will remind you that you are already free. You are sovereign in your own light. If you are feeling restless in a restrictive situation, remember no own can take your freedom. You are at liberty to choose differently.
Reiki Flame of Transformation
Now is a time for letting the flame of transformation take away what is ready to go. The sparks rising to the sky send out a signal to the universe. Your hopes, dreams and inspiration rise up to the stars.
As you let go to who and what you no longer are, the new rushes towards you. You are lighter and have room to embrace what is coming.
You feel the freedom of movement in your body and spirit, like dancing in the moonlight. Let yourself just be in this transformative moment. You don’t need to change a thing. Healing is already happening within and around you.
Keep being true to what is arising within you now. Express your feelings. Shine your light. Honor your accomplishments. Then toss it all in the fire. The flame of light will transmute the old expressions of you into new reflections of your divine purity.
Reiki is flowing to you now for transmuting the limiting patterns and issues in your life. May you feel the silence, stillness and deep peace as the flame of transformation dances through you.

New Office – Same Building!
In case you missed it last time. I moved my office to suite 106 on the main floor at Marine Street Wellness. I’m really enjoying the extra space and all the windows.
One of the best features of this office is that it has wheelchair access. If you have mobility issues you will be happy to know that there is no more going down and up the stairs. You will find that the space is still deeply calming and healing.
