The energy of the full moon in Sagittarius is open and optimistic. This is a great time for connecting through shared experiences. Get out in nature, travel, or do something special with your loved ones. Be generous with your time and attention.
Focus on What Resonates
Let your own life be an instrument of divine expression. Where you set your sites is where the universal energy is wanting to be expressed through you and your actions. You do this by just being yourself. Focus on what resonates with you.
Listen to Your Body’s Signals
Notice where you feel your energy welling up when you approach something in your life. Positive feelings in your body are a great indicator you resonate with what you are doing or considering.
If you don’t feel much, feel flat, calm or neutral, your body is letting you know that your choice is okay, not a strong yes or a strong no. Feel free to keep moving forward. Keep listening within for when you need to change your focus or direction.
If you are feeling repulsed, heavy, anxious, hesitant, your body is signaling that you are not aligned with what you are considering.
Always notice if you resonate with something, someone or a place. Your body will give you the signals through your felt bodily sense.
Reiki Helps You Tune Into Your Innate Wisdom
Sometimes the signals are subtle. It helps to meditate regularly. Just being alone in silence will help you fine tune your relationship with your innate wisdom and your own divine light.
What if you don’t feel much in your body? Or you just aren’t used to tuning into your internal signals. Reiki can help you get out of your thinking mind and more grounded in your physical experience. It can help you learn to trust your first impressions and your natural instincts.
Being a Fluid Expression of Divine Light
Reiki is flowing to you now to empower you in being a fluid expression of divine light. Notice what resonates with you. That is where you are meant to be. What resonates with you is part of your highest path of divine expression. When something feels aligned with you, your inner spark brightens and says, “Yes! More of this please.” Or “Yes! This is the right path for me.”
Reiki always supports you in staying aligned with your own direct link with source. So you can feel what resonates and what doesn’t.
