The energy of Capricorn is disciplined and practical. You are supported now in balancing your career and family, your ambition with emotional wellness.
It’s a good time to commit to yourself and your dreams.The energies right now are stabilizing and promote growing your roots. With a strong grounded root system your dreams have space to materialize. Practical planning for your goals will support you in putting your own unique light out into the world.
Boundaries
Now is the perfect moment to look at where your energy is going. Set boundaries and let go of distractions and energy drains. Boundaries will give you more energy for focusing on what you are here for.
Your body will signal when it serves you to set a boundary. Notice when you feel drained by someone or something. You will often feel irritated or tired when something within you is saying no. Pay attention to those inner signals. Follow through with the communication about your limits to others. Sometimes we need to set boundaries with our devices or activities that don’t directly involve others.
Leading with Love
I am spending time at my sister’s while she recovers from a foot surgery. I am solo on the trails with the dogs. I am leading my own hikes. There is no following along. I get to choose the path and am responsible for finding my way.
That reminds me of life. There are times when we go along with what others are suggesting or doing, just following along. Then there are times when we need to take the lead and go our own way. It seems like the energies right now are calling for us to take the lead in our lives. It’s time to answer to our own divine light within. Choose the path that feels brightest to you. And always lead with love.
Healing
Healing takes time. I recently injured my pinky finger and have been noticing the power of the body to heal. It doesn’t happen overnight, but I can see evidence of progress even when there is still inflammation, pain and stiffness.
That is like our lives, we can look at what is bothering us and feel like it’s taking a long time to get better. Or you can take a breath and realize, even though there are still some things you would like to change or be better, things are improving. Maybe not as quickly as you would like. Healing happens in nature’s time frame, not a set time. Sometimes more quickly than you expect, other times more slowly.
I am always grateful for Reiki empowering the healing process. Like always, Reiki will work for you in a way that serves you best. I appreciate you and hope you enjoy the pure Reiki being sent your way.
